  I know a lot of people don't take time to leave reviews but I have used this lawyer and he is great. He is caring, he works all hours, and will find a way when there is no way. He helped me for an EEOC case of racial discrimination and retaliation. He really knows his stuff. I stand behind him 100%. He is awesome. Just listen to him and follow the advice he gives. It worked for me and it will work for you. He also handles disability discrimination.

  This is the most AMAZING, INCREDIBLE attorney that truly came in and dealt with a gender discrimination suit for me against my county Board of Education many years ago. I was quite emotional and by the time I came into his office, this had already begun to take a toll on me physically and emotionally, but Mr. Largess was my saving grace. (I know I wore him out!) EVERY single thing he said was 100% right and I tried my best to follow everything he said to do. After two years of fighting and having to listen to depositions that were just complete lies, I wanted to continue to fight and even goes to trial, but Mr. Largess knew and could see this was affecting my health in such an extreme way, it was in my best interest to stop and settle. As much as I didn't want to, he was 100% correct. I Thank God that NCAE was available to put me in touch with Luke Largess and as much as it hurt me to stop teaching, 25+ years later so many wonderful changes have happened, and I can never ever forget what he did for me and the lessons I learned! I will be forever grateful for everything he did for me and as much as I wanted to be a good client for him, I was extremely emotional because this was very personal to me. He had a huge amount of patience!! I would highly recommend him to anyone that is being mistreated in the workplace. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe this incredibly brilliant man and his work ethic is beyond phenomenal!!
