  Never thought life would lead me down this road. Tried so many options, including "National Debt Relief" (which is a HUGE joke btw) and didn't see any end in sight.   I cannot recommend Salinas Law Group enough. Our bankruptcy case was complicated. We were self-employed, had income above the median level, and carried a significant amount of student loan debt, including private student loans. Several attorneys either declined to take our case or strongly encouraged us to pursue Chapter 11 instead. Tara took the time to truly understand our situation and never made us feel judged or ashamed. Throughout the entire process, she was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive, and honest about what to expect. More importantly, she made us feel like we were in good hands. What could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience felt manageable because we trusted her guidance every step of the way. Thanks to Tara's expertise, we successfully received a Chapter 7 discharge when others told us it likely wasn't possible. To be clear, our federal student loans were not discharged, but Tara helped us navigate a difficult and complex case and achieve an outcome we are incredibly grateful for.
