Really? I have a Social Security issue with a deadline, I am 66. They have you go through a lot of tricky questions to make sure you qualify. First lawyer : "I'm sorry I can't answer your question, we have to arrange a 2 week appointment with another lawyer". I waited 2 weeks, the new lawyer finally called: "I am sorry, I cannot answer your question, I'll give you a phone number to call." He gave me the phone number, IT WAS WRONG. The people on the line were "dealing mainly with Medicare, I will give you the Social Security's phone number to call directly ". I could have done so without waiting 2 weeks. Hey I got a deadline, you know? After going through a very convoluted menu, Social Security finally answer"Your waiting time is more than 60 minutes". Thank you Senior Law Center for sucking big time!!

This company is the worst. One of their attorney's crossed examined my character witness during a hearing, and questioned her sexuality, and now we are being labeled as gay lovers. For I have nothing against gay people, but for them to do this was way out of line, had nothing to do with my case and very unprofessional of them. I will continue to fight in reference to this matter for this is effecting my lifestyle now.

This is a wonderful agency. They were extremely helpful and responsive to all of my recent concerns and questions. The intake person Dakota Levy, Lauren and especially Attorney, Brendan Corbalis, are all top notch. Brendan is an exceptional attorney and person. He has gone above and beyond his initial obligation of assisting me even a situation that came up within a 3 year period from the original case. He made sure I had the correct information, alleviated my anxiety and gave me the confidence to assure me that my case would most likely be fine as an end result. He literally checked on me even though he was representing another case and not mine specifically in court. Just fantastic! Thank you!

I have called several times with my grandmother to try to get her assistance . Never received a call back . I'm not sure how we can get access to resources that actually help .

I love the work SeniorLAW Center is doing on behalf of older people! It is critical, time-sensitive and life changing work that takes commitment, expertise and a heart to serve. I volunteer, donate annually and have attended their Gala for the last few years. When I hear the stories of people who have been helped by SeniorLAW Center, I am so grateful to know an organization like this exists.

Felt scammed by what was supposed to be my lawyer for 3 days and then was an advisor. Did nothing for me and seemed to be lawyer for who I complained of. Wasted so much time I could have resolved without advisor. I didn't contact and was obvious he was working for whoever contacted Center. I asked lawyer to get me answer to 1 question. Would not even give me answer to that, and pretended he did. Very upsetting - never again contact this Center.

The lawyer that I was initially assigned to gave me confidence in my case. I not only had proof of my landlords negligence but had ample ammo for a law suit. Unfortunately she got injured and I was given another lawyer by the name of Jacqueline Zaneri. Although this firm is a team of lawyers that handles pro-bono cases, they should at least be diligent and knowledgeable of their positions. She was so afraid of the opposing counsel the she burst a pen and had I k all over her hands. I literally sat and watch how he embarrassed her and scolded her like a child and she then comes to me wanting to drop my lawsuit. With all of the evidence I had she was afraid to go before the judge. The agreement that was reached was not a fair agreement (but I agreed out of frustration) and now no one from the firm is answering my calls as the landlord blatantly violated the order that was in place, and they are aware of it and doing nothing 🤬🤬🤬 Please advise anyone you know to NOT use these people if your are offered their services... especially if you are gonna be represented by JACQUELINE.....I know more about the law that she does. I am currently searching for ways to file a formal complaint against this firm cause they are more for the landlords then the tenants (whom they are supposed to be representing)

Similar to many of my past experiences, I was told what cannot be done instead of what COULD be done I dont think my situation is very complicated yet I may need to talk to another lawyer But bet ai would understand n show me in simple terms one if not 2 or 3 options regarding my estate planning Similar to trying to connect my wind turbine as back up to my solar, off grid system Im told how hard it is, all the problems n details instead of: " I can do it. Lets set up a day to do it" or "I dont know how" or "hire someone else " or " forget it, its hopeless"
