They are the reps for LegalShield in the Chicagoland area. I was a customer for about 22 years. Up until now, before they were bought out, I would give them a grade of B or B+; but over the past recent years, their customer service in legal service has been going downhill. I also do not appreciate their own ethical tactics and poor responsiveness to my concerns. I've been giving them deservingly very bad reviews recently regarding the help that I've been receiving. Right now, I could write a disertatation of bad experiences that I have had to deal with. Twice, they raise my rates without telling me neither by email or by letter. I called them, and they claimed that they did. Then, I find out that all of a sudden, they do not give advice for non-nor-profit organizations. Then there was one situation where I asked for advice; and for all that, I knew the way they were supposed to operate. They would give you 3 lawyers for 3 different opinions. The first one gave me a certain advice. The second one also from their local law firm gave me opposite advice, and the third third one that they contracted out said he could not give me proper advice cause he was not the correct lawyer to ask; when I complained about it, they would not give me another third lawyer. Then they started saying that there are all different kinds of memberships and special one for business which was never before. The vast majority of legal shield members get it so that they can get business advice. Also, I was basically told that I was a liar, and I have notes on this as to when and who told me these things. They gave me the runaround. And then last week they sent me an email. The first one that I ever received from them from corporate telling me that they're ceasing my membership. Also, recently, they had one of their lawyers to help me with some issue. She had me go through many, many things. I spent a lot of time in weeks of gathering information to governor for her. Finally, after a month, what sh

My experience with Shimanovsky & Moscardini, LLP has been an amazing one. The attorney assigned to my case in July 2024 Mr. Jeffery Mashni was very professional, understanding and really supported me during one of the most life changing experiences in my life when I had to seek legal action against my former insurance company. The legal action took about 3 weeks to resolve which I won the settlement. I would recommend this firm.

I saw this at a prepaid legal/now legalshield luncheon. I still own membership(30yrs). I became an associate in 2004. However some get the service in hopes previous legal decisions by others are reversed by us. If your wrong-your wrong! We cant change the laws for you. But you must be a member first. Theres no trial period. Covid killed the live events and the internet killed customer service. You need to sit face to face with an associate. Try this, use it properly, you'll love it, got my free will done first. Never looked back. This is a 'dont mess with me plan' many options, cheapest $17 a month in 1995, now 2025 $35 a month beats any hourly rate. Covered anywhere in N.America 24/7 is yours? An awesome referal network. Nothing is perfect, neither are we. We save you $ by not advertising. Besides if your product works, you shouldn't have to!! For the price of a pizza a month, no contract, its worth it to me! Good luck

This attorney used arguments that the court ultimately rejected. They will cite laws that don't apply and waste everybody's time and money
