This is the first time I looked into a firm to represent my father in a Quiet Title Lawsuit. Due to the issue being completely foreign to me and my family we put trust in being treated and guided in the right direction. We put down the 5k retainer and began that process. When we first started a Lawyer (Mrs. Joyner) was great! Very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had. She assured me that with all the information and documents of tax forms we provided that this should be a very straightforward case. Soon some time had passed and no message or communication were coming in. We then received a message that Mrs. Joyner had left the firm. So after no communication for some time a new person was appointed. I believe we had one email and a phone call if I'm correct ( so that the new individual could get caught up) and then nothing. Time passed some more now a third individual has the case. Now two phone calls and email later. I'm being asked if I want to proceed, and being told I have an outstanding balance and would need another 5k retainer for what I apparently have nothing to show for the first 5k. I feel that I wasted my money and the communication has been terrible and I'm actually scared to get more communication now cause it's just going to create a bigger balance. As of the time of writing this review I already messaged that I will not be going forward with this firm and everything here is exactly what has transpired with the handling of my case and I am not over exaggerating on anything.

Jessica Joyner did an incredible job. From the very beginning, she explained the process to me and signaled all the documentation I needed to provide. During the process, she gave clear advice on what to do and prepared me for the appearance in court. Finally, Jessica went the extra mile when finally letters didn't arrive in the mail, she went to court to get the originals reissued. Excellent service, great attitude and enthusiasm and a lot of empathy to get the process completed.

My case started back in 2023 with a title dispute over my home after a side deal was made without my knowledge. At the time, I had no idea how slowly the wheels of justice turn—but I learned that lesson firsthand. The process was exhausting, and I changed attorneys more times than I ever expected to. There were moments of frustration and uncertainty, but I didn't give up. In the end, Jessica Joyner and the Silberman Law Firm stood by me and fought for what was right. They delivered when it mattered most, and we won at trial. Hearing that all 12 jurors unanimously ruled in my favor made every setback along the way worth it.

Mrs. Joyner was great, highly recommend her and will definitely use her again, strong back ground and eager to put the fight, whether its mitigation or up for trial, as i found out she loves trial! God bless her and the firm!

My experience with Silberman Law Firm was extremely disappointing. We hired attorney Robert Simpson to handle a mold case for us and paid $1,500 for a demand letter. From the start, we constantly had to chase down updates—we never received information unless we reached out first. After 14 days of silence, my husband called to ask about the demand letter and was told the sellers had refused to sign for it and it was sent back. When we asked what our next steps were, Robert told us we could pay a $5,000 retainer for him to file in court. Then… more silence. Another week went by with no retainer email, no follow-up, nothing. When we emailed again, we got an automated message saying he was no longer with the firm. No one contacted us beforehand. No warning. Nothing. We were told to contact his colleague Chris, who offered zero explanation or apology—just repeated that we needed to pay the $5,000 to be assigned a new lawyer. At that point, we no longer felt comfortable continuing with the firm. We emailed on 11/4 requesting all documents related to our case, and as of today, we still haven't received a response. Overall, the lack of communication, lack of transparency, and lack of professionalism left us incredibly frustrated. I would not recommend this firm based on our experience.
