  they strung me along for 3 weeks promising a return call. I finally stopped in personally and find out there is a conflict of interest. I feel this was intentional and very unprofessional on their part.

  My family and I recently worked with Kyle Persinger from this law firm, who represented us in the complicated sale of a commercial property that was owned by a large family group, currently leased by a well-known lessee, and purchased by a out-of-state real estate developer. With the over 13 entities, with whom Kyle was working in this transaction, he made the process as seamless as possible.....Firstly, he worked with us to amend the agreement with the Buyers, secondly, he made sure all paperwork was completed within the time limits set during escrow, and lastly, he repeatedly communicated with Buyers, Sellers, and the closing agent for a smooth conclusion & closing. All 12 of us Sellers appreciated Kyle's dedication to this sale for us and would recommend him to anyone for such purpose.

  I am an attorney in Ohio. I reached out to this office on a whim for some assistance in a Probate matter that I was working on in Ohio that had ancillary issues in Indiana. Attorney Kyle Persinger immediately reached out to me and was able to assist me in bringing some finality and closure to my client during a difficult time in her life. I could not have asked for a better experience working with this firm, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need.

  I called to inquire about breach of contract services. I asked three questions, and the person who answered kept saying she did not know. All I asked is if they handle consumer contracts and if they are taking new clients. She engaged in professional incompetence, and that was after I asked if she worked there or if she was a third party, and she said she does work there. It really does not matter if she was an attorney or the paralegal or administration. She needed to know those basic answers. This goes beyond being unprofessional. Please check yourself to immediately remedy the unprofessional behavior that was exhibited today. One person can ruin the relationships of an entire law firm, and that is being unfair. My public point is that it will not be wise to hire a legal firm when anyone who has confirmed employment there does not know what types of cases they handle or if they are taking new cases. She does not need to know the law to know the services that are offered or if attorneys are scheduling. This was a shocking and disappointing display of professional misconduct over the course of two minutes.

  I miss Jason from this law firm he was the best attorney I have ever met but Rebecca Johnson is a very nice lawyer as well & affordable & someone I would turn to if I badly needed a lawyer. She gave me some great legal advice over the phone & because of this, I Highly recommend!
