  Do not work with these guys. They are terrible at communicating and are more concerned about taking your money over having an honest and fair policy. I have been parking at the same garage for over 3 years now, and they know my car has a permit tag. It fell from the dash where it usually sits and was by the shifter in my vehicle (pics below) and they still booted me and would not dispute. I was told they do not take time to look at tags and basically rush through to try and boot as many vehicles as possible. Very unprofessional and unethical. I hope they enjoy screwing people over because I imagine there are others like myself they have done this to.

  While other businesses were assisting their fellow humans to be safe through hurricane Irma, this business was busy booting a truck driver who was trying to wait out the storm with his load of hazardous chemicals. If you are looking for a business that lacks all common decency and common sense, then this one is for you.

  My friend's car got booted in Atlanta, even though we were told to park there by the parking lot attendant. When Tyrone arrived, my friend got out to give him payment and asked him if there was someone she could talk to about the placement of the signs and not being able to see them well. He was immediately rude to her, saying that they were bigger than them and he did not know how we missed them. She then went to give him payment by card because it is freezing outside and raining, but would not accept her signature even though it is her signature for everything. He forced us to get cash out of the atm (I had to walk in the freezing rain to find one) because my friend did not have anything but her credit card with her. He swiped her card and did not void the transaction until cash was given to him and after he went to unlock another boot. His attitude the entire time was very unprofessional. I know he deals with crappy people all day long, but we were being nice and there was no reason for him to be so rude. My clothes and shoes are soaked, and this process took 1.5 hours to deal with. Also, the supervisor (David) was not very helpful either. I even offered to pay with my personal card but they would not accept that either. David was professional enough on the phone and not rude, but he was not helpful. BEWARE.

  I know no one ever says anything nice about the people who booted their car but my faith in humanity was restored after dealing with them . Despite having a parking pass I was booted by my apartment complex and they refused to return my calls or even speak to me. After two days of many failed phone calls and going into the office only to be ignored I called to have my boot removed. I know you guys are only doing your job and often don't deserve the yelling .But tonight one of your guys went above and beyond because for the first time in two days someone's listen to my problems and acknowledged my thoughts . He did not have to take the time to talk to me he could have taken my payment undid the boots and drive off, but he did not. He took time to talk to me. You never know who's day you could completely turn around by just saying hi. Thank you for your outstanding customer service I will pass the positivity forward.

  Good Job! Your greedy, hearless, self centered soul is famous in Ohio! How does scum like you sleep at night? What you should do is refund that trucker his 650.00 fine, then multiply that amount a few times an make amends. Why would your company even be out booting in a crisis? Did you forget that Irma was just down the road? She devastated the Caribbean?
