  When I entered the bank I was the only customer in line. There were three tellers available but they were too busy socializing with each to help. Finally after some time one of the tellers offered to help me. The purpose of my visit was to get a cashier check to pay my rent. The "tellers" had the nerve to make unnecessary commentary and remarks about me waiting til the fifth to pay my rent! How dare them. Such unprofessional behavior. This is one of the worst Truist branches. Their customer service is absolutely rotten. 3101 Dickerson avoid this branch if you can.

  Honestly I started an account 4 months ago. But They aren't stupid, I've never had debit card that works. Have to take cab down there to withdraw money. They have another CVC. I've never been so ashamed that they represent the bank they took over. Won't deal with young.games Feel this is a serious matter. Will be leaving!
