I had call this office for questions as to why our state refund was taken. Apparently I owe a SMALL amount of money to a college I went to 9years ago! This office has had this information for 2 years and I was NEVER informed about anything! I spoke to a woman named Beatrice, although I thought it was a man at first. She refused to give me any information about the account or the amount that was due. She told me she had spoken to my husband and he had agreed to pay it. However after speaking to my husband, he has NO knowledge of that conversation ever happening. And that is illegal regardless of the fact he is my husband. She claimed to be sending me letters, however I have received nothing. Not a letter or a phone call in 2 years about money being due. She has a very high opinion of my husband and myself being rich and sitting on money we refuse to hand over. Which I'd like to know where this money is??? She was very rude, wouldn't like me talk, kept interrupting me every chance she got. Argued with her for 20 minuets before she finally gave me the account number, email address and mailing address. I've tried calling back to report her and ask to speak to someone else regarding my account, however now every time I call that she man answers.

This assigned attorney by the Ohio Attorney office is committing fraudulent by collecting tax offsets for a loan that doesn't belong to me since 2018. This isn't a defaulted or delinquent loan as confirmed by the Ohio Dept of Ed. Default Resolution and as required under FCRA US Code Section 609 & Section 611 you're required to provide my signature to verify any accounts. Under Chapter 41 US Code 1681(i) (5) (B) (i), if any information is deleted from a consumer's file pursuant to subparagraph (A), the information may not be reinserted in the file by the consumer agency. Thus, you are required under the FCRA to delete these unverified accounts and to never reinset them on my consumer file. Also, there's open litigation for all Borrowers' Defense applications that have been delayed since student loan forgiveness has been extended! I've report this information to the Consumer Financial Bureau, Federal Trade Commission, and Better Business Bureau. Both my student loan servicer and The Ohio Department of Education have been made aware of such fraudulent activities.

Rodger was upfront with his fees and abilities. He represented not only me but my mother and brother also. He kept all of us informed of what was going on and how we should proceed with our defense. When ultimately got the case dismissed and for that me and my family will forever be grateful. His preparation and experience proved to be priceless and showed us he was well his fees and retainer. I would of paid him more considering the battery of work he did to get the case dismissed. To me and my family you can't put a dollar figure on what years of experience proved in our case. Thank you Rodger for being what my mother said was her family's night in shining armor.

I don't appreciate their whatever she is calling me multiple times about the debt that I have from my taxes in 2020. Just a little rundown of my story, I accidentally put the wrong school tax code on me and my husband's tax form. But we were filing it through TurboTax, and I asked one of the representatives of TurboTax which tax school code we should use.. They are the ones I gave us the incorrect tax code. And when I called the IRS to amend it, they said that they wouldn't be amending it since it's been so long. Me and my husband are not rich, and we're currently trying to buy a house. We did not commit tax fraud; we simply just put the wrong tax code. So, stop calling us about this debt. We already spoke with IRS regarding it. You're all lawyers, do something better with your time instead of going after working class people. I have better things to do than to be on the phone arguing with some chick about a debt that are already resolved with the IRS.

I am consistently harassed by this company regarding a past due college debt from 2020 that was assigned to the Ohio Attorney General's Office. The outstanding balance was approximately $3k when it was placed into collections, and it has been paid on several times over the past 5 years. Please find something better to do with your time.
