  No-nonsense advice. My wife and I came to the offices of Berkman Law after having been swindled out of a considerable sum in a real estate deal. After Robert Tolchin of Bermkman Law looked into the case and phoned the perpetrator in our presence, my wife and I decided that the game wasn't worth the candle, but we felt we made an educated decision. Mr. Tolchin did not try to string us along. He treated us with full respect and was most generous with his time.

  On at least two occasions, I have found Mr Tolchin more than capable of grasping complex problems and distilling them down to some clear legal solutions. He is both personable and compassionate. In a courtroom and in front of a judge, he approaches his case with fire as if it was his own problem. I would not want to be opposing him.

  There are lawyers who are good at yelling, and then there are lawyers who really GET the law, inside and out, who can talk about it like those people who know everything about wine. My first experience, I was lost in the law and didn't know which end was up. The attorneys took the time to explain everything to me, walk me through the law and my case, and showed me that not only did they completely understand the law and the stakes -- they helped me to. Since then I've come to them for all sorts of needs, large and small, and they've never let me down. Each time they've been patient, understanding, and thorough. Five stars isn't enough.

  Caring and understanding.... When one needs legal advice it is usuall they are in a place of vulnerability, and emotional frailty. The staff at the berkman law firm from the support staff to the lawyers that you speak with are so caring and take your feelings into account with every conversation. The knowledge and professionalism if the law staff is another thing that blew me away. They exclaimed to me how they will deal with me case in simple English, and watching them execute it in court was a well choreographed show. Needless to say, they take their cases to the finish line and don't look to settle like other law firms! Highly recommend them

  The Berkman law firm are like the RockStars of law. When the originator Mr Charles Berkman was practicing . It was something like a beautiful choreographed dance. Watching him work his magic in the courtroom. Now his daughter Marna is definitely a force to reckon with. She is one hell of an attorney. The legacy continues. They have dedicated staff that work consistently and are thorough.
