If I could give them 0 stars I would. Very unprofessional! They will never call you back or answer a simple email. They will tell you to get them your medical records if not they close your case. (which I did get my medical records for them). Said they sent me a letter which they never did about closing the case. Richard from Puerto Rico is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with not one email does he has the consideration to answer. Bunch of clown lawyers look else where.

Can I give a zero? This firm and Jesse Carney is absolutely the worst. I am STILL waiting on my money after 2 years. And it is always one excuse after another. And now saying "oh you have a lien"... yet 2 months ago told me I was all clear and I'm in line to receive my claim. Constant run around. No response back. No communication at all. Just random emails stating, sorry your money hasn't been deposited.

When I started this journey with The Driscoll Firm more than three years ago, I saw it as a way to reach out to the friends and family who were there for me financially when I could no longer work and my finances were all but depleted. Instead, I feel like I was gut-punched and robbed by a so-called trustworthy law firm. When I looked at the Disbursement Statement, I was awarded $38,673.96 minus $3,217.71 I'll call these miscellaneous payments, and The Driscoll Firm took $17,403.28 and even though I paid my Medicare premium every month along with all copay's, my primary insurance pays most of my medical bill and I am being generous if I say Medicare spend 30% but on this Disbursement Statement my Medicare obligation is $11,602.19 and the thing is this was taken with no proof what so ever given to me that Medicare even got that money or if they were entitled to it in the first place when I finally got my check it was $4,979.73, not even enough to get me back above board I'm still in pain that gets worse every day, I still can't work and I'm still in the hole financially the only difference is now I'm going through mental pain and suffering from being robbed and not being able to do anything about it I would never recommend this company to anyone their predators just like most of the other big companies that get ahead preying on the weak.

If I could give less than a ZERO I would... This is a joke of a company. All you get is the ultimate run a round, delays and excuses... This company has it designed you can only talk to the intake personnel and they are all robots.. Half the links on the site don't work. How this company stays in business is beyond me. I'm waiting on a settlement check, I've left countless messages with the attorney Hedi Johnson handling the case she obviously needs a lesson in returning clients calls. This is a scam company Please 🙏 do not do business with them.... John J. Driscoll you should be ashamed of yourself!!! People are already suffering with out your company making it worse....

I settled a Hernia Mesh lawsuit with Driscoll 3 YEARS AGO !!!! still haven't seen a dime. Case manager Mario Rivera gives excuse after excuse. I just filed a claim with the BBB. DO NOT ! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS LAW FIRM !!! and I use the term LAW loosely. WAY LESS THAN ZERO STARS

This firm handled our Round up case. It took about 6 years, and that seems to be the average time. After the firms fees, special judge fees to over see the case, attorneys expenses, reimbursement to Medicare, closing fees and so on we received about 7.75% of total. Absolutely not worth it at all. Seems the only winners in this class action are the law firms. Definitely would never participate in a class action again.

I have been waiting almost 7 yrs for a hernia mesh lawsuit decision on whether or i not i am entitled to a settlement. When I first came to driscoll they said I had a good case and were constantly in contact with me. They built me up to believe I would be getting a fairly nice settlement. Then I see that they have reached a settlement agreement and that most have been settled with the exception of a few severe case and new cases allowed to be filled. Two years later I only hear from them when I call every six months hopefully for an update. Only to be given a bunch of we don't know what's going on and legal stuff as to why after telling me a yr ago to call for a settlement amount they don't have any info for me. I went with driscoll because 7 yrs ago they good reviews now I am regretting my decision. Still waiting in the dark
