Mr.Farley is an excellent, knowledge and experienced lawyer and it's easy to see why his firm has been voted Best of Lexington multiple times over. I always felt heard and understood about any concerns or questions I had regarding my case and the legal processes. 100 out of 10 would recommend him and his firm to anyone who needs legal assistance.

I was very satisfied with the services Andrew Farley and his team provided me. Mr. Farley and Amy worked diligently on my complicated case, which kept me at ease during the ordeal and allowed me to focus on other life matters. Mr. Farley explained legal matters in a way I could understand and was patient in repeating things to me when needed. Both Amy and Andy were prompt in responding to my concerns and questions throughout the process. I was very impressed by Mr. Farley's ability to forsee and strategize the best approach to my court matters. Mr. Farley demonstrated the ability to think and respond quickly during several court appearances. Most impressive and helpful was how exemplary Mr. Farley was at conducting examination and cross-examinations during my trial. His level of expertise was revealed as I observed his commanding presence and confidence as he litigated on my behalf for a favorable outcome. I highly recommend The Farley Law Firm to anyone seeking an experienced attorney to handle their legal battles.

From the moment I called the Farley Law Firm about my needs to the very end they were always responsive and worked diligently to achieve the goals we set out for. The advice they gave me during the process from start to finish was accurate and with the intelligence it required to get the right results. I would and will recommend them to anyone in need of an awesome attorney!

Andrew was less than cordial and helpful!! His assistant Amy also, talked to me like I was trash. It was humiliating while trying to get a fair divorce from my cheating x husband. I was treated like the bad guy, and it was wrong. Women, please do Not go to this man, he will treat you the same way!!!! He was down right condescending to every question I had during my divorce proceedings, like he expected me to understand divorce law. It's not the business I'm in so I am not well versed. He barely did what my $5000 paid for, but atleast I'm divorced now.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I paid $150 for a 14 minute over the phone consultation just to be even more discouraged by Mr. Farley. The father of my child died before he was born, so I reached out to Mr. Farley for guidance on how to legally request a DNA test from the coroner's office, and how to go about getting survival benefits for my son. Mr. Farley was condescending and rude. He continuously spoke over me, and told me that it was best for me to move on. He informed me that contacting my child's father's family was a waste of time and that I should not fight for survival benefits for my 3 month old baby. I also explained to him that I had been diagnosed with cancer and was about to start chemotherapy, so introducing the child to the father's family was my goal, just in case something happened to me. He mocked the fact that I was stressed for funds to obtain a lawyer, because I informed he that I had to save up to get a consultation with him. He was not sympathetic to my hardships, and again, suggested that I take my baby and move on. Mr. Farleys lack of consideration made me depressed. I called the coroner's office and they guided myself for free!

Andrew represented me in a family law matter that proceeded to mediation. I agreed to settle only on the condition that I would receive specific documentation regarding my daughter. This condition was clearly agreed upon by both parties. Andrew assured me that I would receive the required documents and was explicitly instructed not to finalize or submit the settlement until those documents were provided. Months passed despite multiple emails and phone calls, and I never received any of the agreed-upon documentation. Despite this, Andrew submitted the settlement agreement to the court as if it were complete, even though the terms were not fulfilled and the condition precedent to settlement was never met. When I raised concerns and requested that enforcement or contempt proceedings be pursued to obtain the documentation, Andrew repeatedly stated that he was unavailable or too busy. Communication became inconsistent, and my concerns were not addressed. Submitting an incomplete and conditional settlement to the court, failing to follow client instructions, and neglecting to act when enforcement was required is deeply concerning—especially in a matter involving a child. Due to the seriousness of these issues, I have filed a formal complaint with the South Carolina Bar.

I'm still trying to figure out whose side this Attorney was on in my case. I hired him in my divorce matter and I thank him for pointing out a very obvious point to the opposing side. - which is the fact that I was overpaying child support for one of my kids that had been emancipated for 2 years while I was still paying their mother. However, beyond this one positive, there were some negatives in my experience with Mr Farley. Firstly, administratively, he left a lot to be desired. Several years after and I am yet to receive receipts for payments made to him. Secondly he treated me as though I was guilty from the start and hardly accepted or listened to any of my arguments I was giving him. It felt as though he and the opposing lawyer had private conference and had already decided how they were going let my case unfold. After the hearing, despite my explicit request for it, I was never given a chance to review the drafted order before the judge signed it. When I finally saw the order after it was already signed I realized it totally misrepresented the the discussions and rulings the judge made at the hearing. I brought it to his attention and issued instructions for it to be corrected and to obtain a copy of the transcript. He down-played the seriousness of the misrepresentations. It also appeared that he also never took the time to bother to read the draft order before allowing it to be signed by the judge. He refused to address my concerns and I was forced to have to submit an appeal on my own. Given the requirement for the Attorney to follow through with the appeal within a specific time, he sabotaged that appeal process and caused it to fall through. I told him I was dissatisfied with his handling of the matter and that I was tempted to report him to the authorities there in South Carolina. His response was that if I reported him he would make an argument that I was in contempt of court. He also attempted to gaslight me about my previous request for the t
