  Went there to see Jackson Browne last month (June). The building was GORGEOUS! I stood in awe of the beauty… then we sat down! Ugh! I know the building is OLD but those were THE most uncomfortable seats I ever sat my dupa in!!! Jackson Browne was worth the pain.

  Lori is the best. My 3 years was awesome until management implemented the Real Page's billing which allows the management to effectively collude and set rents above market rate with utilities. Be careful.

  Best apartment I have ever lived in! The rooms are gorgeous, the kitchen is well appointed and spacious, and I love the big windows. Everything is new and works extremely well. Most importantly, the staff is phenomenal. I have never met nicer people. They certainly take extremely good care of the building and the tenants here. I would recommend this apartment building highly.

  Looked all over Akron for a place to call home and I knew immediately it was going to be 159 main. Lori and Monica were so welcoming and kind and very accommodating. Pricing is very surprising for the location and amenities, I do not know yet what utilities and extras will cost as it averaged, but since Internet and other things are included in rent, the only thing I am waiting to see is the price of water/electric which I don't expect to be terrible. Overall the entire place feels like a community, it's the only place that I toured that felt like a home before I even signed a lease and that's how I knew it would be where I was going to live. The views from every side are beautiful and it's walking distance from everything downtown, across from Crave which is an incredible restaurant. So far everything about 159 is perfect and I am excited and can't wait to move in and call it home.

  Called this place home for 3 years. Reliable maintenance and extremely lovely staff. Lori was just wonderful and friendly and welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish.

  159 Main is an absolutely amazing place to call home. I enjoyed amazing views of downtown Akron and the ability to watch fireworks from Canal Park and Parades on Main Street from the comfort of my living room. The building is not only gorgeous, it is also safe and secure, which as a young woman living on her own was a priority to find in an apartment. The building also has such kind and attentive staff members who truly care about their residents. Overall my time at 159 was amazing & I am grateful to have called it home.

  Terrific building and even better staff. Everyone is very helpful, the building is in great shape, couldn't have asked for a better experience. Close proximity to Lock 3 park. Highly recommend!
