  While attorneys generally seem apathetic to personal experience, Doug listens and empathizes. He actually gets engaged in his client's experience, at least that was my experience.   Most people don't seek a lawyer because things are going great. Doug took a very unpalatable situation I was going through and made it palatable. He showed no personal judgement, instead focused on making it right! Not just a good lawyer, he's a good man! I took too long to call him, don't make that mistake.
