  My husband was in a very serious accident and the vehicle was totaled. He wasn't able to go back to work for 4½ months. Richard was dealing with the at fault insurance company and being offered next to nothing, was at a loss as to what to do. A friend told him to go see Gary Norris. Richard spoke with Gary and he was very informative, answering all questions my husband had. Unfortunately, Richard passed away before the case closed. When I contacted Gary to let him know that Richard had passed away, Gary really stepped it up! He went that extra mile to bring me in as the beneficiary and didn't stop fighting to get the case closed. He truly cared, always keeping me informed as to what was happening and did a wonderful job! Mr. Norris won a settlement and I was very happy with the outcome. I always recommend Gary Norris to friends and family!

  If you need to deal with an insurance company then you need an attorney. Gary is straightforward and fights to get you fair resolution. I reccomend Gary and should I ever need to make an injury claim again, wouldn't hesitate to use him.

  I needed a good attorney for a case I was involved in a year ago..so i call the state bar to ask who they suggested and they gave me his name. i really needed mostly at the time to talk to make sure I had a case .well after talking to Gary I was very confident with his ability to handle a major suit.he and Stephanie communicated so well and kept me informed and helped all the way through the whole process. We never met till the day we settled the suit and he got me more then I was asking.I would use him again..

  I contacted Gary's office in June of 2024 right after I was rear ended on the highway. I was suffering from severe neck and back pain and wanted to make sure that I was represented by someone who had my best interests at heart. I could not have chosen a better attorney. Gary and his team were not only pro-active, but genuinely concerned about my situation. On day one, Gary told me to worry about one thing...getting better. Gary followed up with my Doctors, Physical Therapists, and potential Surgeons. He was sometimes more familar with my treatment and progress than I was. He made sure to work through my insurance to make sure that I was recieving the care I needed and provided the support I needed when treatments or procedures were questioned or denied. He pressed for a settlement that was fair and adequately compensated me for my loss and future procedures related to the accident. I cannot recommend Gary and his team enough.
