  There isn't a team of immigrant servants like this on Chicagoland. Let me make this clear - I am not writing a fabricated review. I brought on my cases and my family members cases to this firm, Yes they are busy and immigration channel has always been backed up. Whether it's your lawyer or the system itself. Hire them only if you have patience. & let me tell you this; if you have no patience - immigration is a wrong subject for life. Thank You 🙏🏼 I have got replies after business hours and answers to my questions always. I say don't expect them to come on phone call & instead find your appropriate case manager and wait for a return email. This are highly experienced team members; they are fairly priced a little higher for services among the market itself.

  Bazila S Yaqub is the person you want on your case if you have a U-visa case. She is good, always communicates and keeps you updated. I did not have much knowledge about U-Visa but she explained everything on each step of the way. With patience and truly experienced firm backing my immigration case, I am able to live a better life in USA today. Thank you to entire firm.

  Had a great experience meeting with Mr.Mazher Khan. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The receptionist had a great smile and a positive attitude, and the staff members were welcoming and friendly. I did have to wait a little longer, but I didn't mind since my concerns were addressed properly. Overall, a very positive experience and highly recommend.

  Extremely improfessional! very good at the time of taking new case but once you paid him in advance, you are now hooked. Now keep calling him and he will NOT answer you. Even once you get tired of calling him, then you go in person to meet him, you will have to wait for hours. If you are lucky and get appointment, he will not meet with you at the appointment time. Waste of time, efforts, and money. On top, the staff makes a lot of mistakes, low paid, cheap staff. Very unorganized, just glance at his and staff office/desk, you will right away notice. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

I felt that important documents and information related to my case were not handled properly, and I was disappointed with the representation I received. After paying the fees, I did not feel that enough work was done on my case or that my concerns were taken seriously. Communication was frustrating, and I did not feel that my case was being strongly fought for. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this law firm and would encourage others to carefully consider their options before hiring them."

  I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to share my personal experience so others can make an informed decision before hiring this law office. I entrusted Mr. Mazher Shah and his team with two separate immigration matters. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, my concerns were not handled with the level of diligence, attention, or professionalism that I expected. I submitted important documents, yet I felt they were not thoroughly reviewed, and I believe this contributed to serious problems in my case. My marriage-based immigration case was ultimately denied, and I was left feeling that my case had not been given the care it deserved. Communication was one of the biggest issues. Phone calls often went unanswered, and it frequently took repeated attempts before anyone returned my calls. As a client going through a stressful legal process, I expected timely updates and respectful communication, but that was not my experience. I was also disappointed by the customer service I received. In particular, my interactions with Mona were consistently unpleasant. I found her communication to be rude, dismissive, and lacking the professionalism and courtesy that clients deserve. After nearly two and a half years of frustration, I decided to hire a different attorney. Looking back, I genuinely regret choosing this office to handle my cases. I wish I had sought different legal representation from the beginning. I am sharing my experience not out of spite, but because I hope others carefully research their options before making such an important decision. This review reflects my personal experience with this law office.
