  Dr. Davidson was an absolute find! We had a very bad experience with our original lawyer and she had soured us on the whole legal system. Dr. Davidson went far in correcting our perception of lawyers! He was forthcoming, insightful and engaged with us through the whole lengthy process. He did not promise the moon, but, approached our situation with logical suggestions and reasonable expectations. He suggested strategies we were not aware of, and delivered when the time came for court! At no time did we feel he was not giving his maximum effort to our son's case. His staff was on the ball and answered every question we had, or sought the answer if they did not have it at hand. I would recommend his office for ANY appellate action, and would turn to him for any future legal questions in a heart beat.

  Great way to waste 4 thousand dollars. If you want to hear someone talk about themselves nonstop and never actually get to the issue while being so petty they charge you to hear them yak every single time... This man will nickel and dime you, and if you complain about all of the extra fees and charges, he will dump you and refer you to someone else. So if you've got the money to play like that, maybe? I dunno, I was lied to and paid 4k for nothing. Only thing he got right was an expungement that i could have filed for and completed on my own for under 500 bucks. Rights were not restored like he said they would be. Two thumbs down for this self obsessed con artist :)

  If you are searching for the best search no more. Scott is the best that there is. He successfully appealed and won a wrongful convection case for us. With years of experience and PHD in law, not only Scott knows the law and how to successfully appealed to win cases, he has also taught law to many lawyers that currently practice.   For several years, I was looking for an attorney that could clear my record. After speaking with three or four attorneys, they recommended Scott Davidson Everyone in Scott's office, including Scott was very amenable to my issues. I had a felony record that needed to be corrected, they cleared my record Completely in a decent amount of time. I speak English fluently, but several people in his office, including Scott also speak Spanish, which made it a little easier on everyone. If you're looking for a good attorney to deal with past issues with law-enforcement, consider Scott he's very good and very thorough.
