His AMAZING paralegal and he, within a matter of a few days, were able to close my case AND make it, so myself and the other party did not need to appear in court for the final hearing.   I chose Mr. Sweet because the reviews stated he was a compassionate lawyer. In my experience with him I will agree with that. He is also an excellent attorney who promptly answered all my questions and concerns, listened to me vent and cry and talked me off the ledge when I was overwhelmed . Mr Sweet executed a fair distribution of the marital assets despite my ex's crazy demands. I would highly recommend him.

  If you're considering a divorce, consult multiple attorneys—even if they come recommended. Tim's a nice guy, but not the advocate you need. His reactive, slow approach left me constantly chasing answers, and he even misread an email, then quit over my response. For $120 an hour, you deserve a lawyer who's proactive and fully engaged. Spend more for someone who will truly have your back.

  Timothy Sweet is a great person to have fighting for you. He is a good listener, he takes the time to see what you need. He also gives good advice. Divorce is a scary unknown "thing" to go through.
