Horribly unprofessional and will cost your company more then necessary. STAY AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE.

These people are just bad people. These are the type of people who prey on the weak and sick. Karma will get them. I had a collection account after my husband died for an apartment we were renting, as a widowed single mom of 3 kids, it was extremely hard to pay my bills, I asked for more time and they had absolutely ZERO sympathy.

Dan worked with me closely on an employer issue. He and his staff handled my case very professionally. Always was there for me. Court dates were well handled. The outcome was more than expected. I am very satisfied with his and staffs work.

SHORT VERSION: If you are looking to get debt collected, STAY AWAY from this law office. If you are attempting to pay your debt, and this is the office handling it, GOOD LUCK. LONG VERSION: Unprofessional is not a strong enough word to describe the experience that I had with this law Office. My wife and I were made aware that we were being sued for a debt that we didn't even know we had incurred, and later learned it was in part due to a billing error from the client being represented by this office. We are reasonable people and understand that mistakes can happen and were willing to do whatever we needed to do to remedy this. Long story short, I spent several weeks, and countless hours on the phone trying to get this resolved. I spoke to Carol Vallieres, who is absolutely dreadful, and told her that I was going to get the representative from the insurance company who I had been speaking with on the phone to inform her of the status of the check that was being sent her office. Carol stated that she "would not entertain that." I then asked her how she expected to get paid if she was unwilling to communicate with the company who would be paying her. She responded by saying that she did not say she was unwilling to communicate with them and accused me of twisting her words and then hung up on me. Prior to doing so she said that she would no longer communicate via telephone and would only communicate with me through email and that is when the line went dead. Fast forward to our email conversation, which was like pulling teeth from a toddler. I sent her a copy of the signed Explanation of Benefits form from the insurance company which outlines the exact dollar amount that they were paying, a copy of the certified check dollar amount which I was sending her which covered the outstanding balance, that I certified overnight mailed to her office, as well as the copy of the reciept showing the same. This all happened with just days left before the deadline for us to file
