  I was recommended to Webb Law Centre by another attorney. I was given a letter from Mr. Webb stating he would take on cases against the state. When I called about a case where I have all the physical evidence where Raleigh County Prosecutor Christine Keller fabricated evidence and lied in court to send to Sharpe's Hospital. Violating my rights and subjecting me to psychological torture Mr. Webb's law firm told me they would not take cases against the state. When I addressed a copy of letter from his law firm to other lawyers throughout West Virginia to do exactly I was hung up on... His law firm is a bunch of liars and frauds offering to take on the state but refusing do so, when their statements to do so are addressed in writing... I would not trust them with even dealing with my parking tickets.

  Webb Law went above and beyond my expectations. They took my accident case after a terrible experience with Cook and Cook Law firm. No other law firm would take my case because it wasn't a fresh case. Webb Law took the case and took total control of everything. After I was told that nothing else could be done and offered a weak settlement, Webb Law got the case resolved at ten times what I was offered. Tough lawyers that aren't scared to go to trial if needed. Thanks to Lisa Staup and Rusty webb for a job well done.

  Hired him and he promised great results but did almost nothing. He had no idea what my case was about and sent my ex interrogatories about his law practice and he's never been a lawyer. Paid Rusty almost 6000, never even got to my first hearing. He billed me for stuff he didn't even do and when I questioned him about it, he filed a motion to withdraw and billed me for that also! Found another lawyer. I'm not the first to complain about him. After he was done taking my money, he had the nerve to ask when he could hunt on my farm. I told him sure, for the low low price of $5000. Never heard from him since. Lol

  The building owners are extremely aggressive. I tried to stop in the building and when I went to park my bike I was accosted by one of the owners who accused me of scratching his car with my super expensive E-Bike. I actually never even came close to his car and it really caught me off guard. After cursing at me and threatening to call the cops I told him to go ahead because I never scratch his car and the owner of the nail salon inside witnessed the event and never stood up for me and even made up a story that I got aggressive with the buildings owner, apparently because he told me I wasn't allowed to park my bike in this one little spot that wasn't a bike rack or anywhere safe. I was literally in such a hurry I would've left it sit anywhere it has an alarm system and I only needed to run in for a minute. I didn't deserve to be talked to or treated like that by any of them. Ridiculous!!

  I want to say that Mr Webb went above and beyond for me. I was part of a civil court case and unknown to me, it was resolved a few years ago. I reached out to see what was going on and after a few days of going back and forth, he was honest and sent me my portion of the settlement. I feel he is an honorable man and I would highly recommend him to settle any disputes you have.

  Mr. Webb is the foremost lawyer anyone could retain. I needed assistance to retrieve an amended birth certificate and, whereas others led me vainly, he saw everything to the end with aplomb. He actually cared about resolving my situation and even did not charge more when he could have. If you seek for real help, I highly recommend Mr. Webb.

I can count on 3 fingers who has made this terrible situation bearable with one being the funeral home allowing me time to figure out the bill, cell phone company writing off his phone balance, and you for the conversation with no judgement and the letter "just because".
