  We have been trying to help our son with an expungement issue for a few years. We had been told nothing could be done or no action was taken at all. After doing an extensive internet search and reading multiple bios we decided to contact Emily Gladden. This is one of the best decisions we have ever made. She returned our email contact the same day with a personal phone call, not an office staffer. Within 24 hours she called us to let us know that she was STANDING IN THE COURTHOUSE reviewing records. From there she advised us what she thought the next steps should be and sent us the necessary contacts and paperwork. Once we had all the paperwork together we decided to deliver it personally to the office to put a face on the action. She took the time to meet us (with no appointment) and we left assured that she would do her absolute best for us. Within about six weeks we received the email that we had been waiting for for years. The expungement had been granted. This doesn't sound like a big deal but it is absolutely life changing for our son. We cannot recommend Emily more highly for any legal concerns you may have.
