  Awful experience. Wants paid in full up front before they will do the job and then take months, to do a job that should take less time. Does not return phone calls and when you call them for status updates they constantly say someone else was suppose to do it and they are off sick, and only finishes the job once you say you will come do it for yourself. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone.

  I am happy to highly recommend this firm to anyone considering filing for bankruptcy. I was very hesitant to investigate this process because I understood very little and had heard some negative opinions about doing this. I will say however that both Terri Lowery and all her office associates took the time to explain things thoroughly, field all my questions, and answer all my emails and phone calls (and there were lot!). Going through the hearing process was lot less stressful than I imagined especially since my attorney (Terri) was right by me when I was asked questions. Having my credit and loan debt discharged has made an enormous difference in my financial life and future. Terri can practice both in Maryland and West Virginia and I highly recommend anyone considering filing for bankruptcy in either of those states to give her a call. They really helped a lot in supporting and guiding me through the process

  I've been a client for 5 years now, and they have been more than great! I would recommend them to everyone. I can call anytime and get a response immediately. They will also respond to emails very quickly. They also always treated me with kindness and understanding even when I wasn't able to make my payments and helped me to be successful with my chapter 13 bankruptcy.
