I had to get my voters registration card to prove my residency for school. I had no clue what to do so I called the office and a wonderful woman answered the phone. She was a wealth of knowledge and helped me tremendously. She had my voter registration printed out and ready for me when I got to the office on my lunch break. Thank you for all your help!

Service is average. They don't have the ability to print or send anything to them like every other county office I've been to. Also doesn't take card for every transaction and must use cash or check

I had to jump through much red-tape before I got there, but everyone was very kind and understanding. Since I couldn't complete my task that day, I was given a temporary plate. I got what I needed weeks later and went back. They remembered me and did all they could for a smooth transition.

I was expecting the DMV to be rude with me coming from Chicago but they were quick and efficient and very friendly.

I went there today to get 2 car titles transferred and new tags for both cars. The wait was @ 5 minutes and Stephanie was the lady who helped me. She was awesome! One of the titles was out of state so they had to reach out to that state and she told me she would call me once that had the info they needed. Dealing with DMVs for almost 30 years I did not expect a phone call anytime soon. She called me within an hour and let me know I was all set to come back and get the title transferred. She even found a DMV that was closer to where I was so I wouldn't have to drive as far! I also have to give a shout out to Tabitha. I left some of my paperwork and she kept it safe for me until I could run by and pick it up! Definitely a great experience and the staff was wonderful! Thank you so much to Stephanie and Tabitha, you ladies made my experience a very pleasant one!
