I believe my case was sabotaged. I believe she worked with the prosecutor to get me a charge. I can't understand from them having a grand jury with no bill or indictment to hiring her and getting a charge. She didn't want me at the Grand Jury to testify but wrote a statement for me to sign. I didn't see my discovery. Weird

Katherine did handle a legal situation for me. In my opinion Katherine sabotaged my defense. She didn't present a defense. She seemed to act more like a prosecutor. She refused to talk with me about what happened to me to be charged with a crime. She was unprofessional. I will not recommend her to represent anyone in a criminal case.

Attorney Sheridan Lewis is Honestly the best attorney I could ever be lucky enough to have representing me. It's not good circumstances to have to need someone to represent you in the court but I am extremely grateful for Sheridan's patience, knowledge and willingness to help me get the best outcome of my case. I was very lucky to have been recommended to Sheridan and I want to pass that along to someone else in need of a fantastic lawyer who is also affordable and nice.

Best legal team in Texas. I was charged with 1st degree murder in July of 2021 on a 100% self defense case. Katherine, Sheridan, and Madison walked with me step by step for 4 years straight to get a unanimous decision of not guilty. They treated me like family from the start and I followed all their instructions and 4 years later it's over. If you need a legal team in this area they are the best hands down, so please please please let them represent you and help you out of your situation.

J. JOSEPH MONGARAS doesn't respond to client calls or inquiries. Nor does he follow up on outstanding needs. He was supposed to send discovery and a plea answer to the client for the last month, however the client is told he is not in office every time he calls. Client has been hospitalized twice, has uncontrolled diabetes, and advanced HTN COPD. Why are clients treated with such disregard?
