We started a deed transfer at the beginning of December 2019 and still do not have the original deed in our possession. We would have never went through a third party company if we knew it would take this long. We have had to reach out to USDeeds and the county clerk's office for updates a ton of times for updates. Waste of money when we had to do most of the work. They mailed the original deed to the wrong address when the mailing address was clearly listed in the initial paperwork we filled out. What the heck would we have done if we were in a different situation and the homeowner was not so patient with the process.?? I do not recommend this company to anybody.

Through our legal counsel in FL, we are using USDeeds for a real estate trust/Veterns Administration qualification transaction in PA. The process of deed transfer/filing has taken over 6 weeks thus far, and is still not filed due to US Deeds filing errors (improper amount of check submitted in County Clerk's office)! Unacceptable service and highly disappointed, particularly when we're in need of selling a house, to capitalize on the current real estate market!

My estate planning firm had worked with US Deeds in the past and was pleased with the service. Recently, I personally worked with US Deeds and was able to experience the high caliber of service, responsiveness, personal communication, timely turnaround and reasonableness of fees. They do a great job! I highly recommend.

I have worked with US Deeds for many years. They are always helpful and prompt with their service. My current lawfirm and past lawfirms I have worked with are very pleased with the service we receive. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who needs a deed drafted and recorded.

CAUTION AGAINST USING THIS SERVICE: I am a lawyer and have used this service on a few occasions to have deeds prepared for clients who own property outside of my jursidiction (as I am not licensed to prepare legal instruments for States that I do not carry a law license). In seeking this service, I relied on this company being competent to prepare a deed that contains the proper language as required in the subject jurisdiction. I am currently dealing with a case where US Deeds prepared a deed to grant a Georgia property into a California trust. The Grantors lived in California. US Deeds put the wrong notary language on the face of the deed, which apparently doesn't comply with Georgia law. Unfortunately, the clerk didn't catch it when the deed was submitted for recording. The deed was recorded with intent to transfer the subject property to a Trust. The Grantors have since died and now that the property is being sold, the Attorney / title officer has highlighted this defect which has resulted in an ineffective transfer (reverting title back into the deceased Grantor's individual names). US Deeds charged over $1,000 for their workproduct. It will now require a legal proceeding to clear title so the property can be sold at additional cost and delay to settle this matter. Also worth mentioning, every time I worked with US Deeds, they took an inordinate amount of time to process the requested deed. CAUTION WHEN WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY, BUYER BEWARE. You are better off hiring a lawyer or title company to prepare deeds if you want the security of having the instrument prepared correctly.
