  I have called the Boise area OSHA office many times to get clarification on OSHA standards and letters of interpretation. The compliance officers have been nice to work with and have done a great job at answering my questions and getting me the information I need to keep OSHA compliant. My only complaint is that they sometimes don't answer the phone during business hours and haven't ever returned a call when I have left voice mail. Other than that, they have been a pleasure to deal with.
