  One can rarely say they had a pleasant experience with a government office but my experience today taking my son for his biometrics was just that! The staff was kind, friendly and dignifying! They were efficient, on time and answered all the questions I had. Thank you for making what could have been a dreadful experience, a pleasant and nice one!

  It was a truly remarkable occurrence to have a pleasant experience at such a location and not be treated as an inconvenience. The lady attendant was polite, very considerate, and quick. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for my procedure. For information, bags were allowed inside and I didn't have to leave anything in the car but you can't use a cell phone inside.

  Amazing… the staff were warm and welcoming… the girl that took the biometrics has a really nice way to talk with you also she was super professional and the guy at the from desk was super nice and welcoming… really good professional staff. Thank you so much for all your work. Btw the process was so quick it took me less than five minutes.

  I went there yesterday with my husband. Obviously my first time there so didn't really know the process. The front desk lady was extremely unprofessional and rude to the people before us. Then our turn came and I asked questions because I was a little lost. She was very sarcastic and rude with her answers. She should behave herself in a better manner in a professional setting. I held my tongue because of my husband. She disgusted me to say the least. She shouldn't be working there in my opinion treating people like that.

  This place is remarkable for people who got invited to the fingerprint. The staffs here are like a 5 stars hotel customer services level. They are very friendly and kind. Also, we never thought the fingerprint appointment would be done this fast. We finished everything within like 5 minutes, and the officers is kind and friendly. If you got a chance to come making a fingerprinting here, you are the lucky one.
