  This service is great if you want to understand what you most likely already understand. These are paralegals, or similar that explain your options to you. My experience was a bit frustrating as she did not speak fluent English and did not seem to listen very well, then repeated irrelevant already shared information tk me that was not of importance the first time she shared it with me.

  Terrible, violated my ADA rights as a visually impaired person, tried to force me to use inaccessible website. Gaslit me about my issue. My father was a lawyer. Im actually surprised the "lawyer" i talked to was smart enough to pass the bar. I see why she's not working at Seigfreid and Jensen.
