I'm not sure about their legal services, but whoever the company poet is needs to be stopped. Their radio ads are insufferable. Whoever is reading this I hope you win your case.

I had the pleasure of working with Danielle, and I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and expertise. Throughout the entire process, she demonstrated a remarkable ability to simplify complex matters, making what could have been a daunting experience feel manageable and straightforward. Her communication was exceptional—always timely, clear, and thoughtful. I felt fully informed at every step, and her approachable demeanor put me at ease from the very start. Danielle is not only highly skilled but also genuinely invested in her clients' success, and I am truly grateful for her unwavering support and guidance. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking legal counsel.

George McCoy is my attorney at this firm for my very in depth divorce. Extremely competent and very well versed in the law. He and his legal assistant Mandy Sill are compassionate and understanding in such an emotionally charged situation. Thankful for both of them and highly at ease with them. They are both very knowledgable and confident. Thier prompt replies to phone calls and emails were vital. Mandys ability to work well with opposing parties attorney was crucial to winning my case. Not only did I win, opposing party waved the white flag! I will definitely call them if any kind of case may arise in the future where I will need representation. I love their no nonsense but caring approach. Not to mention on the office wall I snapped a quick photo of the attached plaque! I am very thankful and blessed to have found these amazing people!

George McCoy and his team are phenomenal at what they do. His Assistant Mandy always makes you feel like you don't ever have to worry because she stays on top of your case. George in the courtroom is one in a million. I appreciate this firm more than they will ever know. During one of the hardest times in my life Mandy and George felt like family.

Had a car wreck again and thought I'd use this firm solely from their television and social media platforms. The service I've received has been awful from start to I'm STILL waiting for my settlement. July of 2025 and here it is February of 2026 and nothing. Their idea of communication is nothing short of ridiculous. I had to call every time asking for things. I had to ask my Dr's for info because they didn't give it to me. The reasons for non payment at this time is being blamed on the auto insurance company St. Farm, when I know from Experience they settle when you agree in 60 days FUNDS in hand. I'm now being told when I question it's going to possibly be another 6 months to receive my money. NEVER AGAIN

Go some place else for any medical malpractice case. The attorney, George McCoy who takes those cases, specializes in family law and car accidents over medical malpractice. He sat on my claim for over 15 months leaving me to do majority of the work to gather my own records, and find answers on my own with no guidance on what was needed. After 15 months of nothing, he dropped my contract with only 2 weeks to find other representation. This ultimately brought me past my statute and ability to file my claim. This is especially frustrating when I know the doctor had already been sued for hurting another patient in a very similar way. When I reported him to disciplinary council, it was evident that he was not aware of my accurate medical records, nor was he focused on what I asked him to look into a lawsuit for. In that 15 months, I had very little communication with George, and when I did I was told they were working on my discovery without any further questions, context, nothing. Disciplinary council did not find Mr. McCoy at fault for any wrong doings; however, I would highly recommend finding someone else to trust with any medical matter. I was forgotten. Simple as that. My case was "pieced together" with still collecting records over the full 15 months. George expressed he was very busy and presented to disciplinary council multiple months passing in between working on my case. Seeing this, not much was done for me beyond superficial discovery that is usually done in the first couple of months. It has been over 3 years of no longer being a client of Warren and Allen, and I am still hurt from being forgotten and my case having very little done with it. Especially when I had a case to file if it had been taken seriously. Do not over give information into your personal life if George says "we need more." He does not guide you on what he means by that even when you ask for clarification. Do not do the work for him. Do not collect the records for him or his team. Do

Sent me a cease and desist to intimidate me and force me to remove a Google review against a former landlord which factually, demonstrably wronged me by labeling actual claims of wrongdoing as false and defamatory. For example, them being insanely micromanaging is clearly a protected personal opinion and not by any means an objective falsehood. In addition, Kerr already has built a reputation on their Google reviews from other tenants for price gouging during move-out, so this is already their business reputation that they've created for themselves, so no damages are possible. This is not how you practice law. You do not try and intimidate recognized local guides from leaving factual reviews about businesses that are wronging people. You don't get to intimidate people into silence. Shame on you. Now, I don't know if you didn't do your due diligence or if you knew ahead of time that your allegations of defamation had no basis or merit, but I recommend trying to professionally look into the facts next time before you allege defamation of a trusted local business reviewer in defense of a local business that already has an established reputation for price gouging tenants, and who didn't ignore safety concerns from their tenants for over a year only to try and charge them for fixing the reported safety concerns on move-out. Again, I have the emails to prove this issue was reported long, long before move-out. Everything said in this review is purely factual and my own personal experience in being targeted by this law firm.

I have been Brad Krause For a couple of years now. He has done an amazing job. Very versatile. Great communicator. I have had the pleasure of taking a few of his classes and they've been amazing. I've also had the honor of teaching one beside him. Very welcome asset in my professional life. I highly recommend him and his coworkers.
