  It is with much gratitude that I write this to show my appreciation to Mr. Mike Benson, and the "A Bankruptcy Law Firm" for his concern, patience, and informative explanation of what his law firm does in assisting people filing a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. He advised me as to what his firm would have done to assist me. Even though I had a law firm representing me, I learned that many of my questions were not answered and detailed enough for me to make the right decisions. Had I known of "A Bankruptcy Law Firm" at that time, I would have requested their representation. I learned more in 30 minutes of speaking to Mr. Benson, than the entire 5-6 months I was associated with my former law firm. It should be noted that Mr. Benson did not charge me for the consultation and advice, sound advice I might add. He and his law firm should be commended and and I will forever be appreciative of his kindness.

  My husband and I met with Mike in early April to discuss possible legal proceedings. He explained things for us so that they were easily understood and answered all questions. He took a stressful situation and made it easier for us to handle. His office was friendly and quick to respond with any questions or requests we had. Mike made his schedule work with ours further helping with our ability to get things handled in a timely manor.
