We are fortunate to have relied on USA&M for numerous mediations and arbitrations. They have an outstanding group of neutrals, as well as very organized and responsive support staff. They make it easy to schedule, then follow-up with reminders, and always respond to questions and quickly communicate information to and from the neutral. And they have great views of downtown from their offices! We know when we arrive that the mediator or arbitrator will be familiar with the case and work diligently with the parties to try to reach a conclusion.
