  Ava Doppelt is unprofessional, she does not follow through with anything she says she's going to do. A 1 star rating is too high... Imagine calling the fire dept because your house is on fire, but they never show up and your house burns down! That is exactly what it's like to have Trademark Infringement issues and not receive the help you were told is coming. She is often very rude and very unprofessional. Always says she is working on your case, when she is not. Has her assistants tell you it will be a week, and turns into months. Forget about this firm's good reputation, go somewhere else for Trademark Infringement help. I wouldve definitely expected much better from a company that is supposed to help people.
