  My last name being Fackrell it's just a coincidence, I didn't know him until hiring him. I started using Andrew as my attorney a couple years ago and since then, he has helped me and also my current wife in divorce and custody related issues. He is an amazing attorney. Very knowledgeable, fairly priced and he always responds and handles urgent issues quickly and efficiently. He is fair and always gives good advice.   My experience with Andrew R. Fackrell was one of the biggest disappointments I've ever had with a professional. I hired him to represent me in a child custody case because I believed his experience would give me the best chance of protecting my relationship with my son. Instead, I left feeling like my case was written off from the very beginning. Before my case was fully developed, I was told that 50/50 custody was the likely outcome, even though my son had been living with me for about a year. I felt like my circumstances were never given the consideration they deserved. The outcome had a major impact on my life. My son's mother lives much farther away, yet he ended up attending the school she chose, which is about an hour from my home. Because of the distance and my work schedule, it became nearly impossible for me to handle school drop-offs and pick-ups, meaning my son ended up spending much more time with her despite the 50/50 order. I hired an attorney because I wanted someone who would aggressively advocate for my position, but I walked away feeling that my case was not fought for with the effort and strategy I expected. This experience was heartbreaking, and I deeply regret my decision to hire Andrew R. Fackrell. If you're considering hiring an attorney for a custody case, I strongly encourage you to ask detailed questions about their legal strategy, communication, and how they plan to advocate for your specific situation before making your decision. Based on my personal experience, I would not hire him again or recommend him to others.
