My guardianship case took way longer than it needed to. I was passed around to different attorneys. But, once Marina came into the picture, things got significantly better and my case was completed before Christmas. Marina is amazing and worked hard on my case. I'm grateful to her. Also Jackie is amazing. I appreciate Chris and his explanation of things and calming my nerves before my hearing.

Chris did an amazing job handling a case we filed against an individual who has been harassing my daughter for years. He fought for justice and truly cared for her well being. He definitely had her best interest in mind and I would recommend him to anyone!

Working with Mr. Ault and his team has been a wonderful experience. In the most difficult time of my life, Chris showed so much patience and compassion, it was the only thing that got me though. It is hard to stand up for yourself sometimes, but the Ault Firm empowered me to get what I earned and not back down when the going got tough. Thank You Ault Firm, you made my life far richer than it otherwise would have been!

Horrible paralegals that are uneducated. When you need to file a stay, appeal and counter that is not rocket science. And to talk to a potential client and probe them for information when the paralegals KNOW that it is a conflict of interest because they are already talking to the ex... uhhh what are you doing? Pricing is outrageous and there is no way anyone could afford those cost for such little work. Just another money hungry firm with uneducated paralegals. Do better. Do not recommend. They don't have any clue what they are doing or talking about.

This law firm is great to work with. They are very knowledgeable, and help their clients with the impossible task of navigating the law. It is quite clear that they are looking out for the best interests of their clients, and work hard to guide those clients in the direction of the best outcome. If you need a good attorney, I highly recommend looking into this law firm.

I wasn't able to see where i could leave a review for the Sandy location. I've used this law firm since 2019, and hands down amazing! I was a little iffy with Chad at first, but then realized he genuinely cares about his clients. Overall AMAZING!

I was injured in car accident in 2018. Attorneys Chris and Chad at the Ault Firm took over my case when my previous attorney (at another firm) dropped the ball, and essentially forgot about my case. Chris and Chad made me feel like my injury case mattered. They kept me informed of what was happening. They explained everything and made me feel comfortable with the process. The Ault Firm stuck with me until the end and was able to obtain a settlement I never thought possible. I would highly recommend this amazing team! They will work hard for you.

I retained The Ault Firm / Chris Ault for my custody case and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. Communication was extremely slow — emails were typically answered only once a week. This caused serious problems. One weekend I asked for guidance on a visitation issue beginning on a Thursday, but didn't receive a response until Monday. That delay ended up costing me and led to a motion to enforce when timely legal direction could have prevented it. I also reached out before the 90-day mark when my case was close to reverting to a protective order, but by the time they responded I was told it was "too late." Despite repeatedly asking for help modifying visitation based on medical needs, nothing was ever filed or meaningfully moved forward. In the end, I felt they were collecting fees without actively protecting my rights or my child's best interest. I ultimately fired the firm because I needed representation that would communicate, act promptly, and actually work my case. This was my experience — potential clients should be aware and ask very clear questions about response times and proactive case management before retaining representation.
