This office does not answer the phone. I have been trying to get through for days. Chris Carr is willfully denying the voters a voice.

I submitted open government complaints through their mediation program. I was contacted by asst. AG. After the initial email I called her since I had more than one complaint with several state and county agencies. I was denied records after my brothers death when I questioned prehospital care. She knew all the details of what my complaints were and how the agencies handed them. She instructed me to send her documentation...which I did...it took all day and 12 emails. I received a response from her regarding the county agencies...since I did get the records nothing could be done. Regarding the state agency...well apparently AG represents them. I tried to address a real problem where Georgia did not protect the general public...they protect government agencies and officials. Governor Deal is a big part of this problem as AG doesn't go after state government without his order.

The person that intakes complaints does not respond to emails. she just ignores you. Her name is Kristen Settlemire. And you can't even call her or the main number because it is not published. What do they do all day?? Taxpayer money wasted

I know how this works, therefore I am forwarding this data to,your office for review, for the last 3pm days I have been trying to troubleshoot and correct the issues I have been experiencing with AT&T . , I understand you are very busy, but this issue should be respectfully addressed . I don't want to insult and or complain, but could your office staff please assist me with the provider issues I have been experiencing with AT&T/ Apple. Thank you in advance for your help LC

August 19, 2025 If I could leave less than a 1 star review, I would! How can an office as important as the AG's office for the state of Georgia not be competent enough to answer its phones. I called 16 times in 1 day and not once would someone answer the phone. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and the staff at the AG's office should be embarrassed at their lack of responsiveness and incompetence. The AG's office is UNPROFESSIONAL, INCOMPETENT, AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!

My rights were violated in Newton County by Judge W. Kendall Wynne Jr. and no one including the GA Judicial Qualifications Commission and the DOJ did absolutely nothing because he is a judge and I am currently waiting for the Attorney Generals office to hear what they have to say. Citizens rights are being taken a way everyday and they only care about other people who are not citizens.

I contacted the Attorney Generals Office to register a complaint of Fraud. I did so on line. They told me it would be a fee of $5.00 for filing, so I used a credit card. But before I could be connected to an attorney they wanted me to agree to an automatic withdrawal of $60.00 a month until I cancelled. This is another form of extortion especially since the Attorney General is paid by tax payers. Do not consumers have any protection by our government without them trying to extort funds from taxpayers?
