Absolutely the most amazing job I've ever had. The Attorneys are wonderful and pleasant to work with. The entire staff is magnificent. Baker Donalson is the type of firm you never feel like you're overwhelmed, or that it's too fast paced. Everyone is willing to help you any way they can. It definitely felt like a second family. Remarkable place with memorable people.

I hired a junior attorney at Baker Donelson to review an existing corporate document, expecting a day or two of work and a bill under $5,000 at $200 per hour. Instead, I received a five-figure invoice. I immediately instructed them to stop work, but the delay between when they began billing and when I received the invoice added several thousand more in charges before I could react. In the end, I received zero work product yet felt compelled to pay the bill after they emphasized that they are a top-tier firm and implied that challenging the charges would not end well for me. Based on this experience, I would not use their services again.
