2020 - Our company had an emergency request where our project manager had to fly to Germany and we were facing reentry issues. We contacted Banta Immigration Law and Robert Banta and his staff assisted us with reentry requirements and we were able to obtain a National Interest Exception Waiver from the U.S. Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany. Banta Immigration Law is an excellent law firm and delivers great customer service. 2019 - I highly recommend Banta Immigration Law Firm regarding your personal or company immigration needs. Robert Banta is true a professional and a very knowledgeable individual regarding immigration law. Recently having to apply for a visa for a company employee was way over my head. Mr. Banta and his assistant Janet made it possible for our company to complete all requirements that were required to properly fill out the visa application and submit all necessary documents to support our visa application.

I filled my h1b transfer with Banta Law firm for the year of 2021. Scott and Janet worked on my case. I must say they were very professional in their approach and did go to a great extent for helping me out. They even expedited the overnight shipping to send out my approval notice as I was traveling outside US. Their portal to upload document and for tracking the progress was hassle free. I would definitely recommend their services.
