Absolutely horrible communication, constantly says not a good time, but answers the phone. Doesn't respond to emails or questions. He likes to take on clients then not follow up.

Atty. Dowling represented me in a zoning matter. He was knowledgable, attentive and always well prepared. He pushed me to move forward with a plan I liked yet I assumed had no chance to get approved. With his guidance and representation, I had a successful hearing and am able to move forward with my project. Highly recommend!

Attorney Dowling was very helpful in resolving a matter with a difficult tenant. He was efficient and solved my case in a very cost effective matter. Attorney Dowling was also very responsive and answered all of my questions and concerns in a prompt manner. He eased my worries and made the legal battle very smooth for me. My wife and I worked with Ben Dowling when we sold a condo in Attleboro in November, 2023. Our experience with Ben was excellent. He was responsive to all our queries, comprehensive in his preparation for the closing, and willing to accelerate his work when the closing date was moved up by more than two weeks from the original plan. We found him very approachable and kind in his work with us. In addition, his fee for representing us was very reasonable. We would not hesitate to use Ben Dowling again.
