  My wife and I worked with Ben Dowling when we sold a condo in Attleboro in November, 2023. Our experience with Ben was excellent. He was responsive to all our queries, comprehensive in his preparation for the closing, and willing to accelerate his work when the closing date was moved up by more than two weeks from the original plan. We found him very approachable and kind in his work with us. In addition, his fee for representing us was very reasonable. We would not hesitate to use Ben Dowling again.
