  Extreme arrogant and rude representatives! Don't bother calling anywhere towards the end of the day because all of their professionalism clocks out prior to then apparently. The level of carelessness and lack of ambition to answer simple questions about judgments filed is very lackluster to say the least. If you call towards the end of the day they will just keep you on hold until after 5:00 and then answer your call and hang up right away. This firm has to be one of the most unprofessional and unorganized law firms I have ever had the disappointment to work with.

  SHAME ON THEM! Had no idea about the case against me until my checks started being garnished due to them sending court documents to the wrong address. A single mother with three children and can't afford rent much less anything else because of the amount they are taking from my checks. THEN when I call about possibly settling this debt, AMY was so rude and hateful! Talking to me like I should know things that I was asking about. Should be so ashamed of themselves.

  If I could give a negative million I would. This group is worse than the group that sued me for a non profit organization. No they sued me for a group that would not tell me where to be at Court. Probably on the chance they know my identity was stolen. But I will find out where it is at, funny they can get ahold of me when they get a judgement though. Might have to declare bankruptcy just to get rid of these people who stole my identity Sal or whatever. Don't trust these people they are the democrats of lawyers

  "Tony" absolutely rude and disrespectful, a nice and nasty individual. His tone, interruption while speaking with him is disgraceful. The company needs to consider members who can speak to individual with with respect and dignity.

  This lawfirm is a joke. I would advise to anyone who has a debt in collections with them to be very cautious. The attorney or attorneys will lie even with the courts to hurt and tarnish your reputation. Believe me when I say lie because I am experiencing it with falsified docs reports to the courts in my county. In process of filing docs against this firm and the attorney in hand with the state bar association for unethical conduct. Trying to and I hope to just be able to deal with the debtor instead of this unethical law firm. Be aware of everything. They will lie falsified everything to get garnishment and you at your breaking point of just giving up. All been warned.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE account representatives with bad attitudes, zero customer service skills, and not helpful with information needed. My account representative Amy Friedman never called me back after numerous voicemails left or I was put on hold for longer than 10 minutes. Spoke with a man named Tony and he had one of the worst attitudes I have ever encountered. If you don't like your job then do others a favor and leave. All I was trying to do was get my account settled and I was polite about it. This place is very poorly ran and these people should not be in a position of the public who just need help. Zero stars.

  They don't even deserve 1 star. My husband has been trying to pay his payment and it keeps coming up does not match login in credentials, he has been paying on it for months and never had an issue. Everytime he tried to call nobody answers, email has also been left and no response, so I called and got a hold of Tony which was a complete jerk, I understand my name might not be on it but he could have listened so they figure out why the automated website payments aren't working. His customer service is horrible , this whole law office is a joke, they want payment but they sure can't provide a way for to make the payment. They just try to get more money out of you because your payments are late because of their negligence.

  I don't think anyone ever expects to leave a positive review for a collections law firm because, let's be honest, hearing from a company like this is rarely a pleasant experience. That's exactly why I felt it was important to share mine. John and his company handled my case with an exceptional level of professionalism, care, and respect. While dealing with collections is never pleasant, John took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and handle my case with genuine compassion and understanding. He made an incredibly stressful situation much easier to navigate and treated me like a person, not just another case file. I have so much respect for the work they do (as it is rarely pleasant) and for the way they handled my case. Thank you John
