Rude regardless of who ya do or don't know. Almost like a too big for your little case type of an attitude. Called back saying not interested only hours after just answering questions WITH NO REASON WHY NOT. Therefore, waste of time.

Derek O'Bryan was my atorney three different times, and he won all three cases. Derek is one of Louisville's best attorneys. He is honest, hard working, very intelligent, and he's compassionate. Derek truly cares about his clients and their families. If you've been injured at work (Workers Compensation), having trouble with your job/employer (Discrimination), or maybe you were injured in some way (Personal Injury), I would call Derek first. He helped us, and I know Derek will help you too!

Love the effort and time they put into each case. Until they do not. I would not recommend these lawyers. I had a signed contract and still 6 months into my case, they dropped out using 6 whole months of my time. I would recommend Ched Jennings, and Jenny Taylor

I was represented recently by Bo and Brennan. They did an outstanding job. They were extremely professional, and they genuinely cared about me as a person. Highly recommend.

I have had the great pleasure of working closely with Nick Naiser & Derek O'Bryan. They were very professional, knowledgeable, supportive & passionate. They will stop at nothing to get fair Justice for their clients. Do your research! The cases won by this firm & these two gentleman speak for themselves! I will never use another attorney. These gentleman & their paralegal Meagan feel like family! Unmatched energy!

I worked with Brennan on a case that had been turned down by 4 other law firms. He took care of everything, even though the company we were fighting was being difficult. Thank you so much Brennan!

In need of a skilled real estate attorney with a proven track record. Regrettably, the one we hired fell short of our expectations. It took an unreasonable two years to settle a matter that should have been resolved swiftly. Our attorney lacked the necessary expertise in this area and even shared information with an opposing party regarding a mechanics lien, leading to additional costs for us. Our attorney seemed knowledgeable but lacked practical judgment. We tried contacting her over 17 times, never managing to speak with her as she was always "at lunch," regardless of the time of day. It seemed like she should have gained a significant amount of weight by the time our case concluded. She avoided our calls by having the secretary claim she was at lunch each time, and on one occasion, when the secretary attempted to transfer our call, she returned to inform us that the attorney was at lunch at 10:00 a.m. She was never prompt in returning our calls, if she even bothered, and even wrote a couple of quite curt emails stating "these things take time." Not real estate attorneys at all, but rather ambulance chasers. Injury accidents appear to be more their forte. If only they would have stated they don't handle real estate actions much in the first place, it would have saved us all a lot of time and money. A costly lesson learned on our part.

They are not 24/7 as they should be, very upsetting speically when you need somone ASAP for a case that is worth something.
