Eslinger Victoria L

Victoria L. Eslinger serves as Senior Counsel, focusing her practice on general and business litigation, labor and employment, and complex domestic relations matters. She also contributes to the firm's international practice. Her experience in employment law includes handling claims related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower actions, wage and hour disputes, and employment contract claims. She also drafts and litigates non-competition and non-disclosure agreements, as well as executive employment and severance agreements.

In domestic relations, Ms. Eslinger handles high-end matters involving asset division, business valuations, and prenuptial agreements. She is a certified Family Court Mediator by the South Carolina Bar. Ms. Eslinger is fluent in French, Spanish, and Italian, and previously practiced law in Paris, France. She has served on the faculty of the Harvard University Law School Intensive Trial Advocacy Course.

Her professional recognitions include the Jean Galloway Bissell Award from the South Carolina Women Lawyers Association in 2012, and the Advocate of the Year award from the South Carolina Appleseed Legal Justice Center in 2009. The University of South Carolina School of Law honored her with a Compleat Lawyer Platinum Award in 2004, recognizing over 30 years of practice. She is also Martindale-Hubbell "AV" Preeminent Peer Review Rated and a recipient of the YWCA - TWIN Award.
