I have worked with many attorneys throughout my business career. Being self employed it's so important to have and attorney that has your back on all of your business dealings. And also recommends all necessary business practices that will keep you out of situations that you really don't want to, or plan to get into. Tom Nicholson and his team at Finneran & Nicholson I could bet my future on! And they actually return phone calls in a timely manner!! I highly recommend that you invest your time here. The old saying, "An ounce of prevention, is worth, ten thousand pounds of cure, in this situation " I don't make any moves without first consulting with Finneran and Nicholson. It's cheap insurance!! If I had known them years ago, it would have saved me tens of thousands of dollars. You are in great hands here!!

Chad Colorusso was so kind and helpful when I spoke to him on the phone. He didn't make me feel rushed at all, and took the time to explain how the trademarking process works. He explained it in a way I could understand, too. Right away, I knew I could trust him. He was also extremely prompt in answering my email and scheduling a phone call. Really great experience.
