I want to start off by acknowledging the fact any time someone requires an attorney it can be an anxious time. But when you find one you can trust and they are helpful, you are very happy you got one. Jad was there when we needed him and was professional and very responsive. Hope to never need an attorney but if we do i'll definitely give Jad and First Point Law a call.

I had a very frustrating experience with this attorney network through MetLife Legal. I worked with Katherine Martell and her administrator, Silvina, and unfortunately the level of service fell far below expectations. The biggest issue was responsiveness. They were about a month behind on an important deadline, and throughout the process, they were extremely difficult to reach. I made multiple calls, left voicemails, and was repeatedly told I would receive a callback—but those calls rarely, if ever, came. When I finally received the document, it was incomplete and did not include several provisions that I had clearly outlined in prior emails. Now I'm trying to get those issues corrected, but I'm once again facing the same problem: no response. Overall, this experience has been disappointing and stressful. I would not recommend this practice based on the lack of communication, missed timelines, and failure to follow client instructions.

I had a ticket of red light, contacted them through the off road application they told me that if I don't win the case they will refund my money, on the court day they just decrease the case severity and still I have to pay 200$ fine plus 81$ court fee and with their legal fee 760$, and I paid 60$ for course as well at the end result is not what I expected. And when I send an email for a clarification a week is past no answer from them.

I have nothing but good things to say about this firm. They handled my traffic ticket in a professional manner and so efficiently that they were able to get my matter resolved during my arraignment without me even having to attend. The cost was more than reasonable, and while I certainly hope to avoid ever getting another ticket, I know where to turn if that should happen again.
