Professionally, Mr. Chen will schedule you for an interview to listen to your case and explain to you step by step every aspect of your case and he will tell you if he thinks you really have a genuine case. However, even if your case is somehow complicated, Mr. Chen will apply his expertise knowledge to make it possible to win your case. The USA immigration Lawyers PLLC should be considered the number one firm to help win your case. I seek Mr. Chen's service in my immigration case which I have been struggling with through another immigration lawyer for years without a solution. Fortunately, a friend recommended USA Immigration Lawyers PLLC and I signed a contract to help with my I-140 NIW. Surprisingly, Mr. Chen on my behalf petitioned the USCIS and within the span of 12 days, I received a congratulatory message of approval of my I-140 from USCIS. My I-140 application was accepted and I am progressing towards getting my Green Card. Chen Zhang and his team are very professional and highly competent. I consulted a couple of prominent immigration lawyer before Chen and their feedback was that there is no way I can get my application approved without a company sponsorship. Chen reviewed my resume and recommended I proceed with my application in the NIW category. While I thought it will be slim possibility to get it, Chen was quite confident this was the right path to me, and he prepared my application carefully and helped me patiently to gather the needed evidence.
