Mr.Casey will tell you what you dont like to hear . Other lawyers tell you what you want to hear . This man is up front with you and gets the job done . I did my bankruptcy with him about 3 or 4 years ago . I'm not a smart person, and Casey took the time for me to understand what was going on . If he tells you this is whats going to happen it will. He is up front with you 100% . Since my bankruptcy is over things have been really good. GO TO MR.CASEY HE WILL GET THE JOB DONE AND YOU WANT REGRET IT.

I had the unfortunate circumstances to have to declare bankruptcy a little over three years ago. Mr. Casey was excellent to work with and excellent in the representation of my case. He and his staff have always answered questions promptly and knowledgeably, as well as thoroughly explaining options and what was forthcoming. They provided me with all the information needed to make responsible decisions in the beginning and filled out all the court papers needed with the information provided for my case. He attended the court hearing with the trustee and excellently represented my circumstances and interests. The bankruptcy plan proceeded as agreed and anything that came up during the 3 years, he and his office were always available to help or answer my questions. I appreciate his experience and expertise in my legal matters concerning this bankruptcy. I highly recommend his services.
