BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS FIRM! OVER $90,000 in representation and a withdrawal with no EXPLANATION! Worst law firm I've ever witnessed. Family Law/ Divorce case spent over $90,000 with Melbourne Attorney Jack Kirschenbaum and he withdrew from my case a night before a final trail without cause.(No arguments, no past due payments, no disagreements, he withdrew) Called the managing attorney in Orlando, Maryanne Downs to rectify any issues, and she simply said, "I cannot help you" BE VERY CAREFULL WITH THIS FIRM. Grey Robinson, a very large Southeast firm, not a firm for the people..... trust me! If you have any questions? Please feel free to contact me. Krjohnson@yahoo,com

One of Orlando's older and most distinguished law firms. The roster of attorneys reads like a who's who of legal minds. This firm goes out of its way to host client and staff events with fair regularity. You can't not to mention the beautiful views from their offices... truly outstanding.

Beware! They are known for bait and switch. They mislead customers by telling you everything you want hear in anyway they can to make a sell over the phone. Once they get you, they charge you for things that you shouldn't be charged. If you call them out, then they abandon ship by charging you 3 times more then you were originally quoted, leaving your back against the wall. The unfinish patent ended up costing me $17,500.00 when I was quoted 1/2 of that. Christopher Ramsey and Tom McThenia are Terrible communicators, don't return calls, don't respond to emails. It's a tactic to get you in there office to charge you for office visits, when it's only a follow on where you left off on the last visit. They do not care about their customers only about overcharging people. I will report them to BBB, Bar association, attorney general office for investigation. STAY AWAY from them!!

This firm enjoys harassing local businesses. Mr. Adam Miller has been trying to enforce and invalid subpoena for the past 5 months. TRYING is the important word. His shortcomings with paperwork could mean the difference in your case. Use at your own risk!! I would not use an attorney who cant even force someone to produce the evidence needed to defend you or win your case.

NICOLE (Niki) PARK: I was hesitant to hire a lawyer from a big firm to handle my divorce (as I was afraid I'd "get lost in the shuffle" as a small-time client), but I was provided a referral from a friend who gave such a glowing review of Ms. Park that I took the chance, and I'm SO glad I did. I hired Nicole (Niki) Park to represent me in my collaborative divorce, and she did an EXCELLENT job. Ms. Park always stayed focused and on point, she honed in on the relevant details of my unique situation to win me the best settlement she could, she always kept me informed and grounded, and she was always aware of the financial cost and how that would affect me and my child in the future. If you hire her, you better be honest and transparent, and you'll need a thick skin, because she will give you "the business" and bring you back to reality when you most need it...but she does it in your and your family's best interests. I HIGHLY recommend her and her staff.

Exceptional Customer Service and True ProfessionalismGrayRobinson, P.A. consistently delivers outstanding service with warmth, integrity, and a genuine commitment to their clients.I recently reached out regarding a billing matter from prior work. Jake Payne, the Chief Risk Officer, stepped in personally, reviewed everything thoroughly, and handled the situation with impressive leadership and fairness. His communication was clear, thoughtful, and reassuring. He took full ownership of the matter and resolved it in a way that left me feeling truly valued as a client.Nestor Sanchez was also incredibly responsive and helpful from the very beginning, ensuring everything moved smoothly and keeping me informed along the way. Both Jake and Nestor exemplified the kind of warm, client-first approach that makes GrayRobinson stand out.The entire team has always been knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to doing things the right way. This experience only reinforced why I've trusted them with important matters over the years.Highly recommend GrayRobinson. 5 stars for exceptional service, integrity, and that rare personal touch. Special thanks to Jake Payne and Nestor Sanchez for leading with such care and class.
