  I had very long road to lawful status. My first experience was when one of paralegals screwed up my case and then I was denied asylum after asylum interview. After that I learned that there is a difference between paralegal and lawyer. I was then advised to go to a lawyer's office on Brighton. I am not gonna name names. But this attorney guaranteed to win my case. By the way she does that with all clients as I heard from other people. I hired her and my case was denied in court. I guess I was the only unlucky one. ;) I was very nervous about going back to lawyers. But my friend insisted that I go to Inessa Spevakova. What surprised me was her honesty about the chances of my case. She said I had very small chance of getting my asylum approved after appeal. She told me that there were many mistakes made during the court. I was happy that she agreed to help me. It took a long time and we got decision. The appeals court returned my asylum case back to the same judge. When I got a call from Inessa telling me that I thought she was telling that I need to get my stuff packed and run. :((( I even started sobbing. I could not understand what that means the case was returned. I thought I was done. But she explained to me that that was a very good news because I would have another asylum court. I then received a notice to come to come back to court. Inessa prepared my case. I had to testify again. And the same judge who denied my case granted my asylum!!!!!!!!! This is my personal experience with this lawyer. Highly recommend!!!!

  I had a very difficult Immigration case that couldn't handle those popular lawyers on Brighton beach. My first lawyer couldn't instead of helping me she made my case more complicated. So, I decided to change my lawyer and came to Spevakova Inessa office. She approach to my case seriously. Inessa and Irina helped me a lot in everything. Always responded to my calls, email and all questions. They put all pieces together, and professionally prepared me and my husband for court hearing. I was confident when we went to court cause Inessa was with us. And THEY did they JOB. We passed! Thank you Inessa and Irina, You are the best!!

  I worked with Inessa on my immigration status, it was a long journey and I had a very complicated case. I doubt that any other lawyer would win the case, but Inessa did. I trusted her completely, she was always responding on time and providing all the comments regarding the process. She is very professional and I never doubted the success of my case with her. I don't see a point why some people would leave bad reviews. I had recommended her to everyone who needed a good lawyer and so far she already helped a few of my friends with their immigration cases. And you should consider that the prices they charge are the way more friendly than other lawyers' in Brooklyn!! The amount of work they do is worth every penny.

They answered all my questions and made everything much easier to understand. Everything worked out well, and thanks to their help, I was able to rebuild my financial situation.
