  Professionally): "I want to share my honest experience with this attorney's office. The Fresno staff has always been very kind and helpful — no doubt about that. I appreciate their efforts. However, my experience with a representative from the New York office, Raman Kaur, was very disappointing. Her attitude over the phone came across as rude and unprofessional, and she often made me feel talked down to. Even after I raised my concerns, nothing changed. They told me my case would be transferred to someone else, but she continued calling me. After a month, she asked me again for documents that I had already submitted, which made no sense to me and caused unnecessary stress. I'm sharing this so others are aware. The Fresno team is great, but I hope the office addresses the unprofessional communication from the New York representative."

  My experience with Jaspreet Singh Law Office has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. In my experience, several staff members were rude and unhelpful. At the Fremont office, Komal and Sakshi spoke to me disrespectfully, and at the Fresno office, Mandeep and Minkal showed a similar attitude. I was requesting a copy of my I-589, which I understand is my legal right as a client. Instead of helping me, they repeatedly refused and kept focusing only on payment, even for something as basic as providing my own form. When I called the office, the staff laughed, spoke abusively, and did not take my concerns seriously. I also felt uncomfortable that staff were using their personal phones during calls. One incident that stood out was when Komal told me to bring her Starbucks coffee, which I found completely unprofessional and inappropriate. Overall, I felt disrespected and ignored as a client. I expected professionalism, clear communication, and basic courtesy, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I would not recommend this office based on how I was treated.

  I am very disappointed with my experience at Jaspreet Singh Law Office. I have been trying to contact them regarding important documents, but every time I call, they give me a different office number and tell me to call there instead. When I call the other number, they tell me to send an email. Both my wife and I sent emails, but when we followed up, they kept saying they never received them. After that, they transferred the call to a manager who was very unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, they dismissed our concerns and even hung up on me. The communication has been extremely poor, and the lack of professionalism is very concerning, especially when dealing with serious legal matters. I would not recommend this office based on my experience.

  Very disgusting service. There only purpose is to uploading videos on insta and tiktok everyday. But no knowledge about how to put efforts for their clients. Never reply to messages and calls. Unhelpful all the times. If by chance they attend the call, directly start asking for money. If you guys have not done anything with the file for what you are seeking money then. They had no idea how many people's life they are putting in risk everyday. Been two years of my case they are handling still no updates at all. They never call byself. Never update my statement to immigration still. Literally unhelpful and illiterate staff.
