Joseph M.R. Covey concentrates his practice on corporate bankruptcy, reorganization, and workouts. He possesses extensive experience representing Chapter 11 corporate debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, bondholders, and unsecured creditors' committees. Mr. Covey has also represented large commercial lenders and secured bondholders in numerous multi-million dollar commercial real estate workout, foreclosure, state receivership, and federal receivership matters.
